　　1.Where did you grow up?

 

　　I grew up in the city of Beijing.

 

　　2.What was it like when you were a child?

 

　　There were not so many people when I was a child. The transportation was not so convenient and winds were blowing all day. The pace of life was more slow.

 

　　3.Has it changed much?

 

　　Yes, it has changed so much, especially from the 2008 Olympic Games. The transportation and infrastructure is more convenient. The environment has been improved greatly. But increasing people comes to here, and make the city much more crowed and competitive.

 

　　4.Would you say it was a good place to live?

 

　　Yes. Beijing has been an integral part of China’s history for centuries; there is scarcely a major building of any age in Beijing that does not have at least some national historical significance. Beijing is renowned for its opulent palaces, temples, and huge stone walls and gates. Its art treasures and universities have long made the city a centre of culture and art in China. So the cultural atmosphere is very good. Besides, the transportation and infrastructure is so convenient. Also there are so many big and famous shopping malls for us.
