　　The flow chart illustrates the small scope about how smoked fish is produced in several stages.

　　It is clear that fresh fish from rivers or oceans,the main raw material,are used to make smoked fish.After cleaned,they are placed in a big container where salt and water are added to make the fish salty.The salting process lasts for about 30 minutes.Then,the salted fish are smoked for 5 minutes and the smoked fish are cooled down when being hanged outside.

　　The smoked fish are put into a big vat where the fish and smudging are separated by a wooden plank(厚木板).Noticeably,a piece of wood serves as a cover for the vat so that the fish is fully smoked within 30 minutes.The next stage is to color the smoked fish yellow.After coloring,the smoked fish are packed and delivered to the market by trucks.

　　Overall,the diagram indicates 5 main stages to produce the smoked fish,salting,smoking,cooling,smudging,coloring as well as packaging and delivering to the market.

　　It is commonly proposed that an increasing number of teenagers are giving up their education out of a negative attitude towards learning.Several main factors are attributed to this phenomenon and it is urgent that a positive attitude is encouraged among the young.

　　Individually,these young are in a great lack of motivation to study diligently without fully understanding why they study at school.Mostly young people have no idea or feel confused about the purposes of study.They are not educated about how essential learning is to their future career development and the quality of their adult life.Contrarily,study is mostly regarded less important than having fun in various extracurricular activities.Teenagers study for exams or even their parents.Undoubtedly,they hold a negative attitude that leaning is useless and quit leaning in their teens.

　　Another factor for the negative attitude lies on the teachers who instill knowledge and skills to the young.When the classes conducted by inexperienced teachers are full of boredom and bear no interest,the young,inevitably,are unwilling to listen to the teachers and gradually develop dismay or disappointment in school.They learn nothing from teachers when unfocused and distracted by something“interesting”,such as video games or novels.Afterwards,they leave school to enjoy a more colorful social life with a strong recognition that study is monotonous and dull.

　　In order to spread a positive attitude towards leaning among the young,education about how study is influential and indispensible ought to be given the highest priority by the government.Lectures about what the students can acquire and achieve with high-efficient study can be held at opening ceremony.Additionally,regular training can be adopted to improve the teaching skills of the young teachers.

　　Overall,it is important to encourage the young to have a positive attitude towards learning.
