Robin
赵瑜斌(Robin) 老师Robin老师拥有复旦大学学士学位，在大学时代就获得老托福(660)、雅思(8.5)、GRE(2200)等各类考试高分。十年海外语言考试培训教学经验，是国内知名海外考试学术及测评专家。
Robin在担任复旦大学海外国际交流学院海外项目学术专家及测评专家时作为交流学者出访英国、美国、加拿大等国，对海外考试及语言测评体系中考核核心体系、考试命题思路、背景文化、考试学术考察变化等方面进行深入研究，在流利语音、词汇积累、语法运用、英汉差异等公认的学术教学难点上取得重要突破。
作为国内个性化语言教学推动者，2009年Robin老师受邀加入智赢国际英语担任全国教学研发及测评专家至今。其针对雅思、新托福、SAT等独立研发设计的ELTOP英语语言能力测评系统经过智赢全国各中心上万学员的使用实际测评准确率达到98.83%，是业内*准确评估定位学员英语能力专业测评系统。

Robin.Zhao, graduated from Fudan University, with a teaching experience. Long before his start of career, he had a zealous pursuit in International English Exams, including IELTS (8.5), TOEFL (660), and GRE (2200), etc. Later, ten year English Test Training experience contributes to his career in International English training and language evaluation.
So far, Robin has become one of well-known English Exam Experts in Shanghai--long before his visiting (several oversea countries) in International Exchange Academy Fudan University. Hence, Robin keeps observing the question design and cultural application until the core system of international English examination is studied in a true depth.
As an active advocator for Custom-made English Training, Robin participated into SmartWin International as a nationwide teaching researcher and developer and as a test expertise. The first domestic evaluating system ELTOP is independently created by him; the system, one of the most practical and accurate assessing test (98.83% precise) clearly and precisely analyzes students’ capability and aptitude from all aspects of listening, speaking, reading and writing for IELTS, TOEFL, and SAT etc.
He has been achieving quite a lot in English fluency, vocabulary building, grammatic use, and language difference of the learning for Chinese students. 张家林老师毕业于北京外国语大学，有超过10年雅思、新托福教学经验。个人取得过雅思考试8.5分，新托福118分的成绩，2007年作为中美国际教育交流学者受邀赴美学习半年。
张家林老师对雅思、新托福等各项出国语言考试有着非常深入的研究，尤其在听力、口语教学领域有着无可比拟的学术理解。张家林老师对于准确定位学员英语学习问题以及设计个性化学习计划有着非常丰富的经验，同时风趣幽默、富有激情、旁征博引的授课方式，让极具个人魅力的张老师在智赢学生中获得了众多粉丝。学生们都亲切的称他为“张教主”！

Aaron graduated from Beijing Foreign Studies University, with over 10 years ' IELTS andTOEFL teaching experience. He obtained 8.5 in IELTS and118 in TOEFL test. In 2007, as a Sino-US educational scholar , Aaron was invited to study for six months in the United States.
Aaron has an in-depth research for IELTS, TOEFL and other overseas language tests. Especially in the field of listening and speaking teaching, Aaron has an unparalleled academic understanding. He is proficient at locating the students' problems accurately and designing personalized learning programs for the students which are efficient and helpful. Iris拥有英语本科学位，多次参加雅思、新托福考试，并取得优异成绩。2004年开始在国内某知名语言培训机构开始其教学生涯，期间逐步建立和完善教学风格，获得所教授学生的众多好评。至今已经有着超过8年的出国语言考试教学经验，成功帮助近800名学生取得理想的英语成绩。
2009年Iris加入快速发展的智赢国际英语任雅思、新托福阅读、写作主讲教师。同时担纲海外生存英语，海外学术英语和美国面签等课程主讲。2010年度获得新世界教育*教师*高奖“天下桃李”奖。
Iris老师能够有效调动学员学习英语的兴趣与积极性，有针对性地为学员设计课程，在上课过程中尽可能为学员营造英语氛围，因此学员在快速提高阅读、写作的能力同时，口语听力也会取得相应提升提升。扎实的语言功底，耐心，负责的工作态度深受学员喜欢。

Iris holds a Bachelor's degree in English. She has taken IELTS and TOFEL tests many times and achieved outstanding results. In 2004, she started her teaching in a respected English Training Institute, where she began to gradually establish and improve her teaching style, praised and admired by a great many students. So far, she has had more than 8-year teaching experience in foreign language tests and has helped around 800 students successfully achieve their goals in English study.
In 2009, she joined fast-growing Smartwin International English as a lead teacher of IELTS&TOFEL reading and writing. She has also developed expertise in teaching survival English, academic English, and English for U.S visa interview. Due to a wide range of professional experience, she earned "Remarkable Teaching Award" in 2010.
She's able to tailor-make classes and motivate students to study English with great interest and enthusiasm. She tends to create an English immersion environment, which enables students to make great progress both in reading&writing and listening&speaking. She's a well-liked teacher with her strong background in English instruction, great patience and responsibility.

Kelly老师
Kelly（Xinyi Zhang）老师

Kelly老师是美籍华人，Kelly老师学生时代曾获得乔治布什总统颁发的总统奖（总统奖用于颁发给那些有着优异学习表现和突出贡献的优秀美国学生，每年全美只有10个奖项名额）。之后Kelly以SAT I满分1600分（SAT改革前）及SAT 2三科800分满分的优异成绩进入普林斯顿大学，并取得了经济学以及应用数学双学士学位。早在*阶段，成绩优异的Kelly就有帮助众多来自亚洲的学生提高托福和SAT考试经验，美籍华人的家庭背景也让Kelly老师对*、美国文化都有着深刻的理解，并据此总结了一整套对亚洲学生特别是*学生行之有效的学习方法。Kelly老师在2007年在美国成立了Kelly’s Review Institute, 为打算去美国接受高等教育的学生和成人提供优质考试*和录取咨询服务。
2009年，Kelly老师受智赢首席运营官David老师邀请回到*并加入智赢国际英语，担任北美考试项目学术经理，Kelly老师把她和她的团队建立并在多年教学中被证明有效的TOEFL、SSAT、SAT、AP以及GRE、GMAT方面的成熟学术体系带入智赢，和智赢学术团队一起帮助众多学生取得了梦寐以求的优异考试成绩。

Ms. Kelly Xinyi Zhang, American born Chinese who grew up in the state of Maine on the east coast of the United States. She holds two bachelor degrees from Princeton University: one in International Finance, and the other in Applied Mathematics. Kelly started tutoring local Asian students since high school. While in university, she taught SAT and TOEFL preparation courses and worked as TA in the Economic department. These teaching opportunities allowed her to realize her potentials in the educational sector. After graduation in 2009, she traveled to China and started her career in the educational industry.
As a student, Kelly was always in the top 10 and won various awards include the U.S. President’s Award from President George W. Bush for students of excellence. She took 10 AP course and audited university courses during high school. She also got perfect score on the SAT I and SAT II subject exams.
Personality-wise, Kelly is an enthusiastic person who thinks logically and positively. She loves to take challenges and always seek for excellence beyond the ordinary life style. Last to mention, her family background and the living experiences in China and United States enabled her to have a comprehensive understanding on both cultures which also helped her to better understand the needs of the students.
